Foam Stability Training Pads

Hello everybody,

I've been looking into the idea of getting some stability training pads, but after researching further I've found them to be quite expensive. From what I can tell the pads are just foam blocks, or am I missing something?

Would I achieve the same outcome by simply buying the foam myself and monitoring the imprints etc?

They are just foam blocks. You can buy them for a 1/10th of the price.

Did you have them cut to your preference, or is there a place that I can buy them at an approximate size? I imagine it would be even cheaper if so
