I read all of the replies given to me and realised that those of you who pointed out my need for a quick fix were right. Im always thinking that the next horse will be different but actually the problem lies with me. (Very hard to admit but I know its true). My motivation and self confidence are the issues soooo yesterday, armed with all the advice ringing in my ears ;) I did this......

It takes guts but you did it...i'm guessing monsters in the fields/hacking out problems? Whatever you've achieved your goal, upwards and onwards...yeha! :)

Its basically me...I suffer with depression etc and find it hard to get motivated...I almost sold this horse to buy a different one but HHOers stopped me in my tracks and made me think.
Charlie really enjoyed the ride out too bless him. He is clearly a horse that thrives on work x

Well done,he is a lovely looking horse.

Hope you can hold onto the good feeling you got from your hack, and use it to help with the not so good times.

The autumn is a lovely time to ride, so enjoy.
