The MOD wrote me a very long letter, firstly apologising for any distress caused, and secondly explaining their procedure for LFA in full (including pilot training regarding horses and livestock).
They also sent me a leaflet which was very informative.
The purpose of my email to them was to inform them that the area they were using on that day was over a set of gallops and bridleways (which are very popular).
