Hello everyone, I wrote a thread a while ago about behavioral problems with my horse, and wanted to add a little update and thank those who helped.
I showed my 2 family members our thread and they agreed to actually look at the saddle. Got some other yard people around for an opinion too. To my absolute relief they agreed the saddle was tight and didn't fit.
I was so glad that they could see my horse wasn't 'bad' or 'ruined' as they kept saying. Constantly running us down wasn't doing much for our confidence, especially when I knew he had a problem. I don't think this is what they meant when they said those things, but rather to reassure me that nothing was wrong and he was just being an idiot. Clearly not the case!
The saddler appointment was booked, family drove him down. New saddle, back checked and okay, and back riding after a day off in the new saddle.
HUGE difference. I have my horse back again.
Thanks to everyone who stopped by to help. Big love.
