How many of you in my area (West Sussex) WOULD pay a freelance groom to come in and care for your horse and if you did, how many owners/loaners/sharers at your yard may be interested? I rode out with a freelance groom this weekend and having been thinking about a career change for some time, I was interested to see a previous post about how hard to find they are and this is encouraging.
