Following on from my Equisafety Post.... another rant sorry!!

Well after trying to get a hold of someone from Equsafety for over 2 weeks someone did ring me last week.

They talked me through trying to fix the faulty tail guard but it didn't work so I was told to return it.. which I did.

Now have a random voicemail saying that they have received it but it's broken (erm yes!) so they don't know what I want them to do as they wouldn't have sent it out broken!!!! It's as though they are accusing me of sabotaging it! Argh!!!

I have just left the snottiest of snotty messages saying that I have explained all this last week and that I can't be bothered dealing with their incompetent company anymore and want a full refund instead of a replacement!

Go you! I just don't see the point in dealing with companies like that. My attitude is that they loose my money :P This company sound paticularly stupid, they say you sent it back broken, THEY ASKED YOU TO SEND IT BACK BROKEN! Maybe they all suffered from amnesia 0;-)
 
this company fall very short of quality goods and good customer service IMO. bought one of their coats and am very glad I didnt pay full whack as its badly cut, cheap fabric and pretty useless. the impression I get is that its a company set up in someone's back room-nothing wrong with that as long as you dont send out that impression!
