Which XC boot brands do you rate?

Premier Equine is NOT an option for ned as I'm not 100% with the sizing for him (excellent quality boots though). Medium was to short but large to wide

Use the new lightweight for every day on my lad on his fronts, prolite fetlock boots behind as he hates longer boots on him. I dont jump him though, if I did it would be the best I could affod all round. Groom for others though who tend to use clarendons or prolite, weather/ horse/ condition dependent on what we go for.

I have Prolites front and back. I was in my local tack shop last weekend prodding all their boots, they had the NEW ones and Prolites and Woof, and I've seen Clarendons and Eskadrons. TBH the Prolites were the only ones that even felt tough enough to withstand knocks, both front and hind boots. The NEW ones felt pretty good but I could still bend them about with my hands, whereas the Prolites were very tough. I've managed to just about fit the Prolites to my horse and have yet to take them XC, but I use the front boots for SJ and galloping.
I'd like to have a look at some Dalmars though and compare them to the Prolites, they certainly look tough from the pics I've seen.

Dalmar's do seem very worth while tho they seem to have really thought about things, but are expensive, but as everyone likes the new equine wear have a look at the new shires catalogue they have new boots westdrop/shires and look like new equine wear but half the price!
