Ok so ready for next week I was hoping to see some pictures of well fitting saddles to compare mine to? If you have some jumping ones just after take off that would be fab, and if there any videos where it clearly shows the saddle that would be even better

Thanks ever so much

there's a very good thin pamphlet-style book called Saddle Fitting by Kay Humphries, i can send it on loan if you like, so you have an idea of how it should look. also, you should be able to run your hand under the whole panel (standing at the side, face on to the saddle on the horse, no girth on) and feel the same gap the whole way across, hope that makes sense. PM me if you want to borrow the book.

seen it on there site today, think you can order it from there as well so if so will get it ordered. Need a very steep learning curve on saddles I think!

It's worth ordering. It will help if you or anyone you know wants to do their BHS Stage 3 too.
If you are near Glos, I can recommend you a saddler?

And her standing in her stable, possibly not much good as she has a poly pad underneath ( oh an this was taken in the summer when she had had a little too much grass!!)

Well here are some pictures of pickle, A livery at my yard recently had simular problems as you, master saddler made saddle, then came back a month later after problems with the saddle and basically said the rider was too big and that was the problem (made a 10 year old cry!) it was an 11.3hh pony with a rider that is probably max 6 stone!!!
