Seeing as Derby House seem to have gone to the pits, I thought we could maybe share some places that really do give great customer service.

For me, Premier Equine all the way. They're always running competitions and giving discounts via facebook and their delivery is super speedy. I ordered some air cooled event boots on wednesday afternoon, they arrived on thursday! 2 sets of boots for less than £4 postage. FAB!
 
Without a doubt my favourite is Equestrian Discount www.equestriandiscount.com - based in Ireland but do loads of UK business, their customer service is absolutely second to none, prices are good, loads of special offers and competitions and normally next day delivery. They also do a "get two different sizes and return the one you don't want" type thing. I rarely bother to look anywhere else these days.
 
Horse Health, next day delivery excellent customer service. Ecogold , things arrived within 4 days even though ordering from Canada.
 
Had really good dealings with Old Mill Saddlery, Equestrian Clearance and recently Redpost Equestrian. Have used Ride Away and Premier Equine in the past and rate them too.
 
Have used Cork Farm Equestrian a lot through ebay and have found them to be superb for price and service.

Horse Health too, again through ebay.
 
Robinsons online have always been good for me. Only ordered from them twice but never had a problem and both times items have arrived quickly :)
 
For general stuff, Equestrian Clearance and Rideaway; for dressage kit, Dressage Deluxe and Classic Dressage - all of these are oustanding!!
 
Never had any problems with Equestrian Clearance or Robinsons, both good companies IMO.

I think you'll find that someone has had a bad experience with every company at some point, though... there's a couple mentioned on here that I've found a nightmare to deal with.
 
I bought some boots a couple of weeks ago from equestrian clearance, rang them up because one was damaged, they asked me to email/text a photo which I did, then they arranged for a courier to bring me new boots and collect the damaged ones at the same time the next day, I thought it was wonderful service!
Also recently used both Swish and Premier Equine for the first time and both delivered promptly.
Maybe I've been lucky but I've never had any problems with Derby House!

Also for wormers/medicine, flea stuff, Beeston Animal Health and Medic Animal, both for good prices and very fast delivery.
 
Another vote for Premier Equine - they are just incredible! Also had good experiences with Swish, Hope Valley Saddlery, Equestrian Clearance, Treehouse Sporting Colours & Speedgate.
 
I also find premier equine excellent but on the other hand I have had nothing but trouble with snuggy hoods, ordered a hood and fly rug, read size chart carefully and ordered if anything on the large side, payed a whopping £6.95 postage (rip off) it took days to arrive and the hood was the wrong colour (apparently they ran out) and the rug far too small. Reordered the hood in medium large as before and next arrived a medium in a M/L packet. All this after paying another whopping £6.95 postage. Very disappointing and really wish id not bothered!
