following on from the Derby house thread...where to go, good customer service

I buy through Equestrian Clearance for cheapy everyday stuff and always been pretty good, except in my last order - one thing doesn't look like the picture and they sent something else in the wrong colour! Which is bulky and going to be a pain in the arse to post back.


Equestrian Performance is great, got some numnahs and a bridle from them, lovely friendly customer service, responded to my query straight away.
