After two days of hard slog, we moved the horses into new paddocks today! Not as much grass as their usually is, normally they would have been in these fields for at least 3-4 weeks by now!
They were overjoyed with the grass, so much so....their heads just went down and it was some time before they came up for air!
Thank goodness for the grass, my anglo (the grey) hasn't wintered as well as he normally does, even on some top-notch food, tonnes of hay and making sure teeth and everything are OK, hopefully Dr Green will see him right!
He IS starting to get on a bit though, so it's to be expected I guess!
