At what age would you start working a youngster in one. Don't worry not going to start her yet!!!LOL. But I have seem them make a bit difference to how a horse works. I would like to use one with my youngster when the time comes. She is 28 months at the moment and we have been doing a bit of long reining with her which she really enjoys and doing well. But I don't want to damage any muscles, joints or bones and just wondered the best sort of age to introduce a training aid to her. She is 15.3 at the mo and a sports horse and "quite" well developed for her age in certain areas but not in others ie she has no bum!!!!
