Following on from "what annoys you..." what you like about HHO?

Photos.
The experience/knowledge.
Having something to do in my free time.
Keeping upto date on the horsey world.

The advice and support, people such as oberon moorman etc are so knowledgeable and are so willing to help. As I've only owned a horse for a year the advice from people has been a godsend, I've learnt so much.

I also love the photos.

I agree with this. Oberon has been really helpful, both in PMs and in the stuff she puts on here. Without having joined this forum and read about the benefits of barefoot, I am pretty sure I would still have a lame horse with a multitude of vet's bills - it's just something I would never ever have thought about had I not read about it on here, then done a bit more reading and then some more. Also Cptrayes knowledge too has been really helpful.
More than anything I enjoy the illness/injury threads as I get fascinated by them so I end up looking further onto the internet to find out about them, and the knowledge by some people on these threads is incredible.
The support when something has gone wrong is good too - even if it's just offering reassurance.

But I do miss a couple of members who got banned though. Banned because people took offence - I read their replies as witty and funny, but never mind, you can't please everyone.

I moan occasionally but I love this place really. I spend an unhealthy amount of time on here just browsing and learning things. I don't think there is a day that goes by where I don't think 'o, that's a really clever way of dealing with that'. Most brilliant recent example being Kerilli's klingon approach for horses that naff off when being led!

I often find myself laughing out loud or shedding a tear when I log on, it feels like a real community.

So many people on here are endlessly kind and helpful, with time and actual physical help as well. On the whole I think it's a lovely place to be :)

I like learning something new everyday

I like having a good laugh to cheer me up (Starzan, Shils, Slinks :D)

Also how we all rally round to help and support someone in need or who is hurting

I like all the fab recommendations for feeds I've had for my horse's grass sickness - PootlePerkin and Queenbee have been absolutely fantastic to me! Probably some others too but I'm thick and can't remember names! :(

I love the support from fellow breeders and when things go wrong they are there they understand the downside of bring life in to the world they help pick you up when it all goes wrong, its also a great place for discovery if you just happen to learn something you can share that with all that is so pleasurable, I have learnt loads from others about the things iam interested in I have also had the great pleasure of meeting some forum members and making good friends with them. :)
