Following the banana post - Whats your horses fav food?

For FB Oranges (we had twenty four trees, so no problems there!), watermelon and strawberries. He would go mad for really ripe Sharon fruit, even call to them on the tree!!

Hates bananas but loves banana chips so I assume its the texture he can't stand

Currently an obsession with blackberries and bramble leaves, thistles, nettles (right down to the lovely crunchy root!) - he's native through and through! He's always mad for horse treats of any description. I don't give him anything that horses shouldn't eat (like human stuff) as worry too much about colic.
 
Harveys favourites are Extra strong mints (my grandma ALWAYS has them, so all the neds go nuts when grandma comes to visit!) And he likes Turnips and parsnips. Aswell as leoveties cranberry thingies and any flavour likit!
Winnie likes banana skins..odd, but i blame it on her being pregnant

Bonnie... will eat anything, even if she pulls a face, it'll still get swallowed. She likes prawn cocktail flavour crisps, salt and vinegar chipsticks, tuna sandwiches...aswell as normal things like extra strong mints, parsnips, carrots, turnips, apples.. Its a shame though because she was starved a long time ago, so thinks whenever anyone feeds her something, it may be the last thing she gets!

Bananas, Cheesy Wotsits, grapes and one will only eat his medication if crushed into Banana Ambrosia Custard. My ID mare will only eat carrots - refuses polos (particularly hates spearmint ones), apples of any colour or turnip. She is, however, the one who is particularly fond of the Cheesy Wotsits.

Mine loves swede, will pin you against the wall to get at the swede :s
Has been known to eat a whole swede in 5 minutes and 11 seconds.
Loves apples, carrots and parsnips too.
Loves lickits, oranges and fruit juice, so if i have some bute or something to give him he has a horsey fruity vegetable salad!
He's also helped himself to a bag of chocolate peanuts..

He hates banana's with a passion! and not a big fan of honey and hates normal chocolate....
 
Buzz doesnt like sweet things but is quite partial to spicy or prawn cocktail watsits, mushroom sandwichs with tomatoe sauce nd orange/apple lucozade.
I had a pony years ago that drank fresh orage juice out of the carton.
