About 18 months / 2 years ago I posted about my not very good experience with a certain company's feed. Said company has asked H& H to remove the post only now. I don't have any beef with H& H over this as they have offered to reinstate the post under certain conditions. I have just realised there is a similar post still in existence in which some posters are clearly quite pissy with me because as they see it I am unable to prove what I believe. I can only surmise why the feed company would only want one of the posts removing and it hardly paints them as whiter than white.

If i was said company i would rather sort out the issue, or at least try to make the customer feel they were valued for even trying their rubbish food (i do know what you are talking about) rather than try to be sly and have it removed. It stinks of immature business management, wanting anything bad removed or else. I know another very large company who do the same thing, only a lot more ferociously. I can only assume they spend more time googling themselves than dealing with the full inbox of complaints.

Does make you wonder.
