okay so tomorrow, im making my idea..
i know ive left it til last minute
basically i have to design a 'cook-chill' product and its supposed to be something that could be made as a ready meal.
alot of people are making curry, which i dont like :/
ive thought pasta and sauce (: as its easy-ish, but i cant seem to find a decent, quick-ish recipe..
help please?!

any ideas would be appreciated and recipes and methods would be amazingly better
thanks guys x

ps, i dont eat meat, but can use quorn

Chilli con-carni- minced beef, onion, tinned kidney beans in chilli souce, tomato paste & extra chilli if you like it hot! So easy my boyfriend is sick of eating it!!

oh, my friend was planning this today

she took her recipes out of a Sainsburys magazine, do you have something like that you could look in? she has the same guidlines as you, not sure if all her recipes will work but shes going to try anyway.
we decided on:
Cannaloni
Carrot pancakes (cant actually remeber the name)
Prawn soup
Turkey stir fry
cant remeber the rest... but if i was doing it i would go for something like soup, lasagne type dish.. something thats fairl easy but is yummy...
you could do something like cattage pie.. with quorn? not sure if thats extravagant enough... but its the type of thing you can re heat.
oh this is a fab recipe, sorry meat again but could swap to quorn.
you cut up cucumber, tomatoes and red peppers- or any vegetables you like, you then toss with pasta, add turkey/chicken, whatever you want, then you amke a dressing and its really good

could you do something with couscous? thats always nice?
erm not sure if ive been of any help but hey ho
