Obvious points are: event lines and flare
quite possibly also under run
heel looks weak
Consider addressing diet and at least a period barefoot to build up the strength in the back

From an experience I have had, it looks like his feet have previously been trimmed 'back on the heel' and toe had grown too long, and looks like he has been shod now to try and get the feet back a bit more upright. Angle of the pastern is not in line with hoof, but if you look at the shoe, (and imagine the toe 'cut back' to the line of the shoe) then that looks more like where it should be. And a good bit of support on the heel.
Then again, I could be COMPLETELY wrong!
