Foot problem(mine) - will bow balance stirrups help?

I have a bunion (being operated on later this year), and because of it my foot is out of balance. Even standing I am aware that more weight goes into my other foot, and when I ride I know the same is happening. Don't want to cause my mare back problems, and wondered if these stirrups might help. Happy to spend the money, but would like some opinions, and any other suggestions first.

Thanks - I had heard that too, but would it help level my foot which is not level or very stable either?

I don't really rate the bow balance. I have bad knees and ankles and struggled to keep stirrups, i have recently bought freejumps and they are incredible! They are set in the perfect position so your foot just sits in them, they are brilliant!
