Hello,
Over the last 2 weeks I have noticed my Clydesdale cob x mare walking a little odd behind for a few steps whilst hacking. She is bare foot behind and shoed at the front as she was foot sore with her previous owner. When she walks she almost tips her weight off the hind leg (Right mainly) every so often. Its not consistent but obvious enough when she does it. In the soft school she seems ok but has been tripping lately which she doesnt normally do. My theories are she is either slightly foot sore, has bruised her foot or is catching her hind toe when she overtracks. Does anyone else have any experience of this? My farrier is coming out Tuesday to see her.
