foot stood on three times this morning...

the sprained ankle one too. Is this a record ? sm x

Ouch! Could well be a record.

I've got a permanently deformed big toe nail on my left foot because my horse keeps standing on it. Last time he did it, it was so damn painful that I couldn't help yelling in agony. Did he move......no, just stood there looking blinking gormless!

well at least he's not shod, so I guess that's a bonus ;). Oh and the shettie bit Stanley the lab too this morning, so I think it must've been sommit in last night's hay ! Horses, who'd have em :)

Ooh, I'd have liked to have seen the shettie nipping the lab......can I send my Jack Russell up for some training? Sounds like shettie would keep him well in order.

Unfortunately my horse is 650Kg + with shod feet like dustbin lids. No broken toes yet though!

stanley does tend to barge his way past the ponies - he has no fear of Shy as they've sort of grown up together and are very close. They play bloody ball together. But shettie was not for playing this morning, just wanted his supposedly dodgy hay !

this is ridiculous - shettie got me tonight. Same foot. At least the bruise is going to be all over now ;) I must have been a total in the way numpty today . Nothing new there :p

Ouch!

I remember once, I was standing in the walkway between two pens introducing Henry to a weanling foal (to give him a good start with dogs) and just in the nick of time noticed the mini shetland in the next pen zeroing in on poor Hen's bum!:rolleyes::D
