I'm in the same situation with mine, he has tested positive for Cushings, and seems to get footy on nothing, so I put hoof boots on which help to keep him comfortable. You will need to soak her hay, to remove the sugars, she needs hay to keep her gut moving and ensure she is getting enough fibre.
Regarding the boots, they will need to be removed daily, I spray mine with apple cider vinegar, but there are hoof products out there you can buy to keep the hoof thrush free.

This year has been dreadful for laminitis - two horses I know have just gone down with it, despite not being fat and never having had it before. I'd get the vet to take a look, and as Birker says, possibly worth insulin testing just to see what you're dealing with. Soaking hay definitely a good plan if you can do that without it overheating (it's too hot here to soak hay easily at the moment).

You may want to feed salt and magnesium with very basic straw chaff which can help with lami. Calm healthy horses do a good supplement which is expensive but designed for horses in the crisis phase of lami. Just a thought. I too have seen lami symptoms a lot this year, the grass is incredibly rich. It’s now dry which will help in the short term but as soon as we have rain that grass is gonna flush. I’m worried about it.

Good luck - I hate lami.
