Lets hope that the horse was only being sat on to demonstrate it's quiet temperament, and that it isn't doing any work.
I do agree that he looks very babyish, and rider is a bit heavy to be on him, but it might have been a 10 minute sit in the yard.
When I had a 2 1/2 year old Welsh D, I did occasionally hop up onto him in the stable, but would never dream of tacking him up and taking him out for a ride
