This is very serious he said.The only hope for him is a new brain.Now the NHS will cover the cost of the operation but you will have to buy the new brain.One family member asked how much a new brain would cost.For a mans brain it would be £5000, for a womans £2000.The men smirked.The women were annoyed.
Finally someone asked why the womens brains were so much cheaper.Ah! replied the doctor.Well we have to offer a discount on the womens brains because they have already been used!
