Copied from an email:

"Please note that as many competitors now have their own number bibs, we are asking competitors to use their own number bibs at our competitions in 2010. We will provide printed A4 sheets to slot into your own bibs. Therefore, if you enter either of our events this year you will need a bib. The attached schedules have been amended to show this.

Many thanks for your understanding in this matter.
BDRC"

Most of you proably received the email but I thought I'd post just in case :)

Yeah I noticed that.... I was thinking as I dont have a number bib and I am not flush with cash at the moment....So im going to try and make my own :-)

I guess you could make one pretty easily. I had a spare one but sold it a couple of weeks ago, if I had of know you could of had it at a very cheap price!
They are selling some at the event I think. Or you could just ask us HHO'ers who are going nicely if you could borrow one! ;)

Does anyone know what the courses will be like? I am about to do my first Intro and was wondering if the 3'0-3'3 will be too big? 2'6 will be too small I think

Have a look on the unaff xc page on facebook there are pics of the ODE last year http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/album.php?aid=170358&id=211356334324
The 3'3 would be an ideal trial for an intro however the water is more tricky, you jump in and out over decent fences.
There are lots of combinations ie coffins, steps, ditches, trakena (sorry, can't spell). In the ODE last year there was a step up, bounce, to a fence. IMO the 3'3 is much more technical than your average intro! The 2'6 has similar combinations but smaller fences (obv).

Thanks Monkeybum. Not ready for the 3'3 then as we are just paddling in and did a small step into water yesterday! Might do the 2'6 to give her more experience.

On provado of me getting there....I'm hoping on doing the 2ft6. How big do the classes go to?

My little loan pony is there too with her loaner competing her :D so if you any of you see a little razzy chestnut welsh mare flying round that's miss Casspot! lol.
