I have remembered to take some pictures!! I have also started to soak his hay and only bring him in 3 times a week instead of 5, this is only really so he can get his grazing muzle off, as it rubs if left on to long.
He's gone from 504kg on weigh tape (I know they are not accurate, but it's a good guide) to 490kg. I can tell a difference in how he feels when ridden, he feels thiner!! Either that or my hips and knee's have loosed off.
So he now looks like this.....

Not much I know but I can see a small difference and it's the right way, as in he's lost some not gained any!!
