Hi,
My mare had ringworm about 4 years ago, from your pics I would say it doesn't look like ringworm, but do get it checked by a vet and take precautions as it can spread easily. I hope it isn't ringworm, it was horrible to get rid of.

It did look similar to what my horse had when she was diagnosed with ringworm years ago... hair clumped up, falling off with some sort of white substance (skin?) clogging them together at the root.
Vet can do lab tests... BUT if it is ringworm, be ready for a lengthy period of washing with medical solutions. It took about a month or so in our case!
