Might prob the cob owner for more info (but if they’ve got better pics & video then why for the love of god does the advert have a slightly blurry photo that’s the wrong way up?)

The other has very spindly looking legs which not a massive fan of (did say I was fussy sorry)
 
Thanks for heads up @Birker2020 wasn’t going there anyway as not what I’m after but a good warning to anyone else thinking about it!

Will extend length of pole that I’m not wanting to touch palomino with. (& I also noticed the level of crest wobble on the video when comes near camera)

The black Welshie is sold already so think he likely DID fit into the whizzy fun rather than pray for your life category (I did wonder if he might turn out to be a little small tbh)

The younger one I’m hopefully phoning about tomorrow (owner not somewhere they could talk today) so we shall see… still not sure I want something quite that young but he does look a nice sort that I wouldn’t be able to afford the more finished/ older version of (& I’ve secretly wanted a dun / buckskin since I was about 13 & did joke to someone the other day that the perfect horse colour is nearly the same colour as poo so then it doesn’t show stains!)
 
@Cloball if my legs were a bit shorter and I weighed a bit less I probably would but don’t think it would be fair on pony to lug me around (& my toes may be a bit close to the floor). I do actually quite like Fells, just not sure they come in big enough. (I LIKE ponies and would happily zoom about on them forever but have to accept that 14.2 is generally the smallest that I don’t look and feel ridiculous on)

Also if I bought that I’d have to learn the words to “Fernando” in order to take the piss at every opportunity and nobody wants to hear me singing that!
 
I would give Nicola a shout as she might know of something taller as well. I think he'd make 14.2 and would definitely be a wide boy being half Dales will be a bit taller than a pure fell. Her Fell ponies she has atm are all 13-13.2 like mine.
 
Ah ok, will admit I took advert to mean would make 14 hands (my bad reading!) might drop a message in that case out of interest.

As can be seen I can’t even stick fully to my own brief so didn’t really expect you lot to 😂

I can only find unbacked mares, but there's a gorgeous Arab mare up the road from me I've just seen so if I end up with a second mare I'm entirely blaming you.

I saw this one and thought it sounded nice but I clearly don’t know the PRE market at all because it’s £30k 😂 I was expecting maybe £7k so thought it would be a slither over budget.

How do you feel about Arabs? Arabianline.com [content edited] could be worth a look if you're an Arab fan...[Content removed] well under budget (too cheap one could argue) so potentially a walking vets bill waiting to happen but you won't know unless you ask ;) The one below him (JARED (Nar Jaree)) is also reasonably priced though so maybe it's just a reflection of the times?

Or a fancy 3 year old Hanoverian? He's on budget at £5000 based on his Right Horse Right Home advert.

Don’t know if that link will work for you. Says it’s been sat on but not done anything due to injured rider (hopefully not caused by that horse). He’s seen all the normal farm things…. Cows, tractors, sheep etc. Looks cute. I’d look if I was looking but I don’t mind ridiculous projects.

Hi guys, not ignoring you all. May have found something but reluctant to share more until been vetted in case doesn’t work out. (If passes vetting will share a photo)

The Welsh D is sold as far as I’m aware (& I believe sold within hours of ad going live as a friend had already given me that dealer’s name)

Would deffo not say no to the 30k PRE if someone wanted to gift me him 🤣

Will file the QH away for if vetting doesn’t go to plan (but I hope I don’t have to 🤞🤞)
 
Stressful is what it is! Looking through adverts to find something for someone else is infinitely more fun than looking for yourself I’ve decided.

Also rapidly remembering why I’ve never had vettings done before… the STRESS of trying to find someone who could do it within the required date window was a level of stress I’d not anticipated!
 
Argh now my yard have decided they want a strangles test done after initially indicating they weren’t bothered and whilst results should be back a few days later, they might not be which would then screw plans to collect this weekend (seller needs a weekend collection as they work, as do I really to give me time to get there & back & ideally wanted horse to go this weekend… unsure if they’d be willing / able to keep another whole week). Remind me about the bit where this is supposed to be fun & exciting…

Pony had better pass vetting, be clear for strangles and live til he’s 30 so I don’t have to do any of this again for aaaaages!
