Earlier this year (January) I bought clippers off ebay from EasyTrek. They aren't the most expensive clippers but at 200w and I only had one horse to clip I thought these would be ok for one or two clips per year.

They have been fab! They aren't heavy, dont get overly hot and the customer service I have received from the company even now is great! I have just purchased new blades at cost price of £14.99 as I had previously ordered 1mm blades (by accident!) and my cob looked more like a skinned cat for a month or so :(

They will be here tomorrow but I think I'll wait till after my lesson on saturday before zipping all his hair off ;)

I am so glad to read this, i have just recently purchased these too, and am due to clip tomorrow, was a bit concerned as pony has Cushings and has an extreme coat. Need to full clip but think i will start off on a trace clip.

Oh are these the huntmaster clippers? I'm pleased you've posted this because I was thinking of buying some. I only have a hairy Shetland to clip once a yr so I'm sure they'll be ok :-)

Hi, yes they're huntmasters.

I clipped a sweaty shetland with them last week! I brought him in and he was slightly damp by the time i started (not the best I know) but they done him no problem what so ever!

I have a very hairy Welsh and they do him.

I just wanted to share because horses are expensive enough at this time of year without paying £300 for clippers plus blade sharpening on top!

I hope your all as happy with yours as I am with mines xx

the ones at £108.00 are the huntmaster pro the 200w clippers that OP posted about are the huntmaster maxpower clippers o think? there are no maxpower on eBay at the moment but I will be keeping my eye out! on the website these are approx £140 so still a complete bargain! the huntmaster pro are 120w. still thanks for the recommendation as I had just been looking at a set for £300!!!

Hi, yeah I have last years version of the 200w heavy duty one's and they've been great. A girl called amber has been helping me with new blades and she's been great. You could possibly contact her directly and perhaps miss out the ebay fee's!? Which would save everyone some pennies. Just to say I have nothing to do with the company at all I just wanted to post a happy customer service post for a change and pass on a decent bargain to fellow horsey friends xx

I had wondered how people felt about these ! I'm going to get a set too!!

They are on now

Delivered and with 3 sets of blades

Are these the right ones ??

I have just bought these, ordered late on Sunday night and they were delivered today!!!

They have been used already and are GREAT. HHO Forum is great for research, there is nothing nicer than being able to find out how good/bad some things are.
