I have had 3 connies in my possession!

sam, who was overheight, from ireland so matured very late! did a spot of eventing, WH and PC on him before i got my eventer. very sad when i sold him

Charla: Love yours as well. My mare was a full 14.2 and dad was 15hh but my little girl who will be 5 in June is only around 14hh. I have not measured her mind you, and she was a first foal which many say (and I don't know the scientific truth in this) that they are always smaller.

Thank you and yes I've heard that...my black (also in the pics) was first born by his dam and he's only about 15.2hh whereas she was 16hh and dad was 16.2hh. I'm now wondering if my lil connie was first born too !

I have one he is 6 and the most fantastic little man he untied him self yesterday as I was putting his bed down and let himself in to his stable and just stood looking at me and if you put him to bed after riding just unclip him and he takes him self to bed . My 4yo didn't come with any papers but there's definitely connie in her, yes?

She has such a fantastic temperament, this is my 6yo sister on her and she's great!

Possibly cheating, this is Rupert - 13.2hh. He came over from Ireland without papers / passport but everyone including M&M judges say he is Connie or Connie x. He's my daughter's hunting pony but plays at showing with my friend. I just wish he was 16hh and I'd be in heaven

Here is Sarebo aka Sam my daughters 15.1 13 ( this year) old Connie x Tb gelding who we have had for 7 years. He always has a bundle of energy to go with his ' tude'.

He is very much part of the family and has been there, see it done, type of chap who still likes to act like a 4 year old.

I just love this picture. Should he not be modelling the latest premium brand turnout rug? I can just see him on the cover of Derby House wearing this seasons Rambo!

Could you all stop putting pictures of Duns on please. All my life I have had a burning desire to have a dun and now its getting out of control ...

Native Eventer: Do you know who yours is by? (I love him!) There are a few dark bay Connie stallions around.

Mines by Pilgrims Excalibuar a lovely dark bay/ Black stallion, really nice stallion tbh!! His mum is also dark bay/ black v similiar colour to him, he is now much blacker now its winter thats him as a 2 year old! I got him straight from the breeder!!
