Has anyone had one done and been advised to put a lot of Boron on? I cannot find a farmer/ agronomist near me who will put it on at the rate being recommended as they’re convinced it’s going to make my grass toxic... I’ve been back to FP several times and checked their recommendation and they’ve happy it is correct just v different than standard ag practice.

I am utterly stuck and pulling my hair out trying to get this sorted

Might be a good idea to ask on a farming forum or FB page
The difficulty is the rationale behind their sums is that Ag standard practice is for one season crops worth, a money making racket for agronomists and fert companies, but hers is to bank minerals in the soil which will last - so as soon as you ask anyone agricultural they panic and say the amounts will make the grass toxic.... where FP say dont ask them just order the stuff and apply it....

No I haven’t in part because I don’t think this sort conundrums are that unusual .
what you need to do is speak to someone who advises feed companies and big forage producers for horses .
I would be very worried as well not that I don’t trust Forage plus just that once it’s on it’s on .

That is exactly it - if it ruins my grass/ field wtf do I do then?!
One of the links I have been sent explaining the differences - all very rational..... Argh

I have never been in this sort of situation but know someone who has it was a nightmare to find advice .
Can you do half and see ?
It would be more expensive but it’s gives you an emergency back up .
