Someone's coming to view Rocco tomorrow, my sister's horse.
She's gone to Uni and we can't afford to keep him anymore, as my Dad has got health problems and working is becoming difficult. We have our 4 oldies/retirees/invalids who have been with us for years and will not/can not be sold. Rocco is theonly one worth anything and so we have to sell up.
We have never sold a horse before and this is tearing me apart, as in the last few weeks i've had so much fun with him, and it's been so refreshing to go for a blast along the beach, and pop him over some fences because it's been so long since i've had a horse to properly ride, my riding has gone to pot.
Sorry, just a rant... need good vibes for the viewing tomorrow, got a good few people wanting a view, and have turned alot of people away because either a) they're novices or b) they're children (he's too temperamental, IMO, for a 14/15 yr old girl).
I so wish it wasn't coming to this.
Just looking for stories from you guys of similar experiences.
