Ford iveco help!

Hi
I'm sorry that this is such a stupid question but how do I check the water level on a ford iveco horsebox? Non tilt cab 2002 model.
Sorry to be so thick but its my first ever lorry. Will be booking myself onto a lorry maintenance class.

If it's the same as mine was you lift the bonnet at the front and you see the header tank of the water system easily .

On mine its to the right of centre behind the bonnet (as you look at the truck). Its a pretty grimy container on mine but fairly easy to spot. But my truck is about five years older than yours tho! Best plan is to find a trustworthy truck mechanic (you and he are going to become great friends over the years) and ask if he will show you the basics on your own truck for thirty quid or so.

Thanks both that's much appreciated. That's a really good idea to pay my mechanic to go through the basics with me. I still can't seem to find the water container- will have another look but will def be giving my mechanic a call. Thank you xxx
