Please could someone tell me what these levels compare to in the UK.

Hiya!
They differ for Holland and Germany but to give you a guide:

Novice = A Germany, L1 Holland
Elem = L Germany, M1 Holland
Med = M Germany, M2 Holland
Advanced Medium = M Germany, Z1 Holland
Advanced = S Germany, Z2 Holland.
Light Tour is our equivalent +/- PSG.

VB means the horse not used for breeding.
