Got horse in from field five days ago and didnt notice he was lame. Following morning definitely lame on n/f. No swelling or heat to be seen but appeared to be tender over front of shoulder, up towards wither and back of shoulder. Lameness has improved and he is now sound on the straight but when lunged on a circle with the lame leg on the outside he is unlevel, but this seems to improve as lunging goes on. He appears to be obviously bending to the outside when he is lunged on the right (o/f) rein. Does this sound like a shoulder injury? Could it be Suspensory? What do people think? Am going to take him to Fellowes Farm next week if not resolved.
