forgot to ask vet- rug?

ok i forgot to ask the vet today can i put a rug on ebs? its not cold tonight so no need but if it does get colder can i put a rug over the top of ring worm of would it rub it and make it sore?

Ps. anyone know about the joules HEAVY weight stable rugs? how heavy are they?

Don't rug tonight unless she is very skinny. Call the vet in the morning and ask about rugging.

I would leave without, in theory if you put a rug on everynight your undoing the yard work of washing your doing everyday. Were still in August so she should be ok for a while without one.

Just seen the second part of your post

A heavyweight is for winter, on a clipped horse (usually, there are always the exceptions!). Sometimes a heavyweight will still have another rug underneath, it again depends on the horse

I bought a Horseware one just because I loved it (Newmarket stripes). Dizz has only worn it about three times as it's just too warm for her normally. Ah well. I put it on and took pictures
