Has anyone ever done with with their insurance company.....iv been waiting to get a proforma back and its been a month...iv been rejected on grounds i wasnt insured for the activities i was doing (bull!) so it got put back to be reassessed 3 weeks ago! a team leader is calling me tonight!
 
You have to complain to the Insurance company via a formal letter of complaint that should be then dealt with in house. If you are still not happy with their decision you can then take it to the financial ombudsman (you should have their contact details in your policy wording/schedule somewhere) You should also have details in there of how to make a complaint to be honest.
