Forum problems - is it just me?!

Ok, this is driving me insane. I dont know if it's just me, but this forum seems to be acting up all the time nowadays! It often takes ages to load a post and sometimes ends up giving me a 404 warning. Ive checked its not my computer and all other internet-cruising is going well!

yep-keeps taking years to load then when it does eventually load it loads a blank page-thaught it was my pc but obviously not!
