In a difficult position.. I don't want to ramble on so I'll just come out and ask.
Circumstances dictate that I have to find my dog a foster, or permanent home.
My house is near completion on sale, I have to move out on 4th Nov. New home will not be ready for same time, maybe be up to 4 weeks or more.
I have to move into a very small two bed house with my son (and join the lodger already there) some 20 miles away (and my daughter has to stay with sister until we move due to school). The house has no garden, is very small and it is not big enough even for a cat :/ Not fair on the dog, he is used to big garden and loves being outside.
I am trying to be practical and fair and really need a home for him as soon as possible.
He was to go with family but their circumstances have changed and they can't take him.
Milo is approx 3 and half (I got him from rescue centre so don't know exactly) He is about medium size, GSD X (collie maybe) good with kids/babies/people. Likes to play with dogs outside home, don't know about in a shared house. Is reasonably well behaved on lead, he does pull a bit on lead, however in a halti he is fine. Has never shown aggression, even with food or bones. Soppy, lively, funny. Loves sticks and trees and swimming.
Can anyone help? It's a hard decision to make so no crit please, I am doing what i think is best for him, he is a dog who likes being in the garden and having walks in woods and countryside, not a town. Bucks area.
