Found 2 horses

Wasn't sure where to put this so please feel free to move it.
Would like to reunite these horses with their owner....
Staffordshire.
Found on a main road last night/ this morning.
2 horses, both geldings, 1 freeze marked (not been updated with new owner at farm key).
1. thoroughbred about 15.2.
2 fjord/ Cobby type
Found at Fradswell, between Stone and Uttoxeter.
Please get in touch if you know whose horses they are.

Police, horsewatch, farmkey, local vet and farriers have been informed but no one seems to have missed them yet

Have you informed the police? Perhaps letting all the vets in the area know too, see if they have heard anything on their travels?

Have told police, horse watch, farriers , feed merchants, vets, local radio, put on Facebook but any other ideas would be great. Would love to reunite these boys with their owners.

Would you be able to have a vet come out and scan for microchip? Might be able to trace owners that way?

Sadly no microchip either, the highland has quiet bad sweetitch but is a lovely boy.

You've probably done this but gave you checked with NEDs online to see if they have been marked as stolen?

you say one is freeze branded but details not updated, can farmkey not contact the previous owner details that are on file and see if they have details of who bought the horse from them?

I have a horrible feeling, someone abandoned them. The fact no ones reported them missing is strange! If my boys got out, I'd be out of mind with worry, looking everywhere and contacting everyone!!

Thought we had a lead but it turned out some one said they had seen some lost horses sadly nou lost them.

Hi, no news yet, there are articles and notices in local papers this week so really hoping there owner is found soon. For how lovely and well cared for these boys are i am sure someone must be missing them
