It’s four acres three stables and a hay barn but it’s £££. Literally five times what I’m currently spending. Could see if one or two liveries would come with me but it’s very risky if they decide to leave. I could end up being responsible for the bill. Lady who owns it is lovely and apart from some big rabbit holes it’s perfect! 4.6 miles from home. Argh. It’s never easy.

I am that livery who moved in with someone who has that set up. It can work really really well! We share jobs, provide each other cover, ride together and provide moral and physical support.

That is a shame. I used to have my own place and loved it. I’m at my friends now and am often here alone (like now, sat in the sun drinking tea whilst pony eats breakfast) and it makes all the difference to me. I hope you find what you are looking for, for a price you want to pay
