Found - Black GSD

A friend of mine has tonight found a black with white flecks GSD wandering on the A45 in Warwickshire.

Please let me know if you know of someone missing him.

He is not chipped and is currently at a vets in Leamington Spa.

Was going to suggest details were posted on doglost, any chance it can be corrected to female. Is she definitely a pure GSD, black with white flecks isn't a typical colour, could she be a cross?

I was going to say, black with white flecks is not something I have ever seen in a GSD? But anyway, will stop being pedantic And I do own a black one!! MM, could this be popped on BIGGSD?

Not sure if she is pure breed or not. I haven't seen her myself. The discription I got was giant very friendly teddy bear. The vets said it was a GSD. Will get it posted on BIGGSD!

Black with white flecks might be someone's description of a dark sable? Who knows. Hope she gets sorted

I hope so. She is very lucky to not be hurt. The A45 is a very busy fast main road. Will let you know if there is any news.
