Found new Feed - anyone else tried Cool Stance?

isn't it the same idea as equi-jewel or outshine? it's the coconut version of them i believe.

IMO expenisve and difficult to get hold of compared to the other 2 i mentioned. worth a try tho.

personally I use full fat soya for the same effect.

Expensive really ?????? its £15 a bag and lasts us nearly 2 months ??

tried outshine and my horses had a lovely coat but not much else x

I was advised to use it for my mare who was on
the thinner side but buzzy, BUT she is a picky eater and doesnt like beet or anything wet like that in her feed so it was a no go.
Person who recommended it swore by it though!
In the end I found Topspec Coolcondition cubes very good though!

I use it! it's fab used to be called Copra Meal and doesn't fizz as is just fibre. Soap did so well on it over the winter and I have just started him back on it now, and you are right it lasts for aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages and smell lovely

atleast some people do - it lasts forever doesnt it !!! I think i may get the power one to - do you feed it with anything else x

I feed it like I would feed sugarbeet (can't feed SB drives him loopy!) So he gets AlfaA, basic pony nuts, and Copra mixed quite sloppy to make the feed wet, and suppliments. He was on this and ad lib haylage all winter and he came out the other side the best he has to date. Really love the smell, but it looks like dirt!!! V odd looking feed, but mega good value for £, and smells so good I want to eat it (haven't tried that as once made the mistake of trying to eat a bit of pasture mix to see what it tasted like as it smelt so good, but it tasted like feet!)

me and my friend tried it cos it smelt so good, didnt taste that bad really, bit like biscuit base of a cheesecake lol!! My boy loves it, going to get a new bag to put him back on it over the winter. Anyone who's horse isnt keen try feeding it warm my lad much prefers it that way, you are also only meant to introduce it gradually and they quickly get used to the taste.
