found some hay hoorah

have located 40 bales of nice meadow hay from last year for £2 a bale . had been panicking and had to hire a van and go and get it myself after phoning everyone i knew of. so feeling relieved and can now worry about something else.

Thats good theres always something to worry about is int there?

For me at the moment its hay, straw and our hay and straw man that keeps blowing up his tractor

or taking it to bits and taking days mmmmmmm weeks to fit it!

meaning I run out of both hay and straw. Don't get me started on this years Hay and straw ................

It is a relief...I have just collected 80 bales in several trips and my poor husband has had to load and un-load on his own as I can't do anything with my back as it is!!! What a saint he is!

But I had to buy it there and then or lose the chance and I have rang everywhere else and no one has any. Feeling very relieved although hopefully they will be able to cut this week as it is supposed to be dry all week.

other side of grantham wanted more but they would only let me have 40 so dont think any more available as my neighbour is also looking. where are you kate and i can let you know if i come across some locally and vice versa if poss. i am inbetween grantham and lincs and have 2 horses and turning into a real weather and hay bore.
