Four months of Penny

I can’t quite believe I’ve had my little puppy for four months now. It’s gone so quickly! She’s the best little dog. She’s doing really well at baby gundog training and she’s just a joy to have around. I’m a complete convert to Labradors now. Here’s a slight photo overload.

Thanks everyone. I think she’s absolutely perfect (even though she’s a skinny little midget compared to the other labs in our training class). She really is such a happy dog. She thinks everyone is her best friend, which does mean we’re doing lots of work on disengagement and impulse control so I’m not *that* Lab owner shouting “she’s friendly” across a field as my dog leaps at whoever or whatever it wants. She has her moments of being utterly demonic but then she curls up with me on the sofa like butter wouldn’t melt.
