Experts? Where?!

I personally feed twice a day, but fed our old bitch once a day and it did not do her any harm.
I don't worm but I know others do. It depends on your location and what your dog will be exposed to.
 
I would personally feed 2 small meals a day.

I feel 2 feeds a day is the best option but one a day won't hurt.

I would say you should worm each time you go to the vet for vaccination boosters.

have you thought about jumping on the RAW bandwagon?
 
Just thinking I must get camera out tomorrow . Only got poor quality phone pics so far. Its been a bit of a roller coaster few days as had little one in sig put to sleep and she was only four, then the lovely breeder said we must come and get one straight away as he felt really bad. It was very kind of him and has helped the children not to dwell on sadness too much. He gave us a very nice little bitch and she is settling in well.
 
Just to be different, at 14 weeks I would still be feeding pup twice a day, I usually drop to 2 feeds a day at about 6 months, and they stay on 2 feeds for life. Presuming your pup was wormed just before you got her, I would do again in a couple of months, and then every 6 months.

So sorry about your other JR, hope this little one helps heal the pain.
 
i would feed 3 times a day as it keeps energy levels constant throughout the day and is better for puppies when their tummies can't hold as much. my dogs are still on 2 meals- larger one in the morning and smaller at night. in winter the terrier goes on 3 to maintain weight.
