Ok, very odd situation. My feed is kept in plastic dustbins in my American barn. Barn is away from houses surrounded by fields and has a filled in 5 bar gate on the front (solid plywood with a plastic screen on top). The only ways in are over the gate through a narrow gap (8-10inches) or through a similar size cat has at the bottom. Something has been in every night for a week now and smashed open the fibre cube bin, eating a lot and also eating the bag. Last night it knocked off a tyre on the lid to get it. It hasn't touched any of the pasture mix., yearling cubes , sugarbeet etc and left no droppings. My only clues are a few ginger hairs caught on the wood. Any inspiration for how to get rid of my guest.? I hate having feed ruined.!
