A few months ago two of my herd were diagnosed with Fox Mange and the vet gave them two injections of Dectomax, plus I had to bath them twice in Hibiscrub.
Now another one has developed it, and I am wondering what I can treat them with, or must I have the vet out twice again? This is working out very expensive, but naturally will pay if this is the only real treatment.
I think either Ivermectin or Moxidectin might be effective, but would love to hear from any on here who has had the misfortune to have suffered from this (my vet had a horse of her own with it),
Also, am I correct in thinking Sarcoptic Mange is the same thing?
Really appreciate any help anyone can give.
