Apart from dragging into the shower etc. has anyone found a good antidote to the stench of fox poo after your little darling has rolled in it?
Why do they always do it when I'm late for work?

I haven't found the definitive solution (and I imagine that anyone who does will make a fortune!!) but I do find that baby wipes are pretty good. You need to get a good handful of them as they are too flimsy to use one at a time but they are useful if you are in a hurry or can't get to a hose/shower. I buy them on 3 for 2 offers in boots or tesco. I recommend the highly scented ones!

Well I got mocked last time on here for suggesting this, but tomato ketchup really does work. Leave it on for a few minutes then shampoo out, (and serve with chips

).

My Labrador would love that suggestion! She would probably turn herself inside out trying to lick it off! Actually, I have heard that suggestion before but never tried it. Mind you, I'll never look at fish 'n' chips in the same way again...

Thomas K all the way. Never tried it myself but know many who have I think you need to let it dry out before you wash it out though...
