Frankel - what else is there to say ?

I dont think we will ever see a horse in this lifetime like him, just awesome!
The other horses were running there hearts out & Frankle just looks like he canters past them, amazing!

Thank you aml for posting that video, I was travelling home today from England, so was unable much to my disappointment to see the race live, I deliberately did not look up the result, hoping someone would post video and you did. How lucky we are to see this wonderful horse live so to speak, and personally I have now seen many horses that we will dream about. Red Rum, Desert Orchid, Brigadier Gerard, Mill Reef, Shergar we are so blessed, I thank Henry Cecil, his team, the owners for letting us see the ultimate flat race horse doing what he obviously loves, racing....may he race on for as long as is possible and may his foals live up to his reputation. It lifted the soul.

Wonderful performance, wonder if Karled will think about the Arc now as Frankel didn't look exactly extended at 1 1/4 ml. Do hope Henry Cecil isn't too ill? Looked and sounded awful. Know he smokes very heavily and worried that he is REALLY ill. Good old Sadlers Wells another of his descendants showing such talent. As someone else mentioned perhaps it will only be after Frankel's death that we'll maybe find out just why he is so amazing with bigger lungs/heart? By the angle of his shoulders he seems to be able to extend perhaps that bit more in gallop but I'm no expert on the perfect TB anatomy. He has a great walk and crap trot but then he ain't a dressage horse thank god!The Usain Bolt of the horse world and a privilege to watch a horse making his job look so incredibly easy.

You're all very welcome.

I too was unable to see the race live, but I did receive a text from a friend. It contained one word ...

Wow

Another brilliant performance by Frankel. Must be unnerving for the other jockeys knowing that he's behind their horse and when they are riding out the finish, Frankel comes flying past with Tom Queally doing next to nothing to shift him up a gear.

Unfortunately, Sir Henry Cecil is very unwell. He's rarely been seen at the races recently as he's having treatment for a recurrence of the stomach cancer he had in 2005 which is making his immune system low.

Hopefully seeing his charge's effortless win today will give him a lift
