Freddy Tylicki wins High Court case against fellow jockey Graham Gibbons

Will be interesting to see how this pans out in the future for racing. According to the Facebook comments plenty are very happy for Tylicki, but concerned about how it will impact jockeys going forward re insurance.

Not only racing, I think but all the contact sports as well and possibly some jobs. I think this is one of those milestone cases that produces change way outside the initial verdict.
